What's Included:

During the prenatal sessions, I will offer
advice on pain managenent, optimize pregnancy and labor positions, massages, postures, heat, and water along with foods for nutrition and also encourage your partner.

Birth Preferences- I'll walk you through decision making and provide
Cesarean and Vaginal Birth Preferences so that you are prepared for any situation.
Client Portal- Access to evidence-based information at your fingertips
There is 24-hour support accessible via phone and text starting at week 36 of pregnancy and continuing until your child is born.
Attendance at one appointment with healthcare practitioner.
Immediate postpartum support for one to two hours after the delivery of your child. Once your settle at home we will have a follow-up session to talk to about how you are doing physically and emotionally and process your birth experience.
