What's Included:

During the virtual prenatal sessions, I will offer
advice on pain management, optimize pregnancy and labor positions, massages, postures, heat, and water along with foods for nutrition and also encourage your partner.
Birth Preferences- I'll walk you through decision making and provide
Cesarean and Vaginal Birth Preferences so that you are prepared for any situation.
Client Portal- Access to evidence-based information at your fingertips
There is 24-hour support accessible via phone and text starting at week 36 of pregnancy and continuing until your child is born.
Immediate postpartum support for one to two hours after the delivery of your child. Once your settle at home we will have a follow-up video session to talk to about how you are doing physically and emotionally and process your birth experience.

Virtual support will be provided by phone, text and video, beginning in early labor through the birth of your baby.
I'll make sure you are aware of the typical steps in the process, provide postures and advice to help your labor advance, offer suggestions for your comfort and pain relief, as well as provide extra support for you and your partner.
